Q: How can I book a villa?

A:

Simply select your preferred villa and enter your desired dates.

To check availability across all villas, just leave the location field empty.

If you don’t find availability, feel free to contact us directly — we’ll help you find the perfect fit for your stay!

Q: How does the payment process work?

A:

You can pay securely via credit card, Apple Pay, or PayPal.

If you prefer a bank transfer, just contact us by email or WhatsApp.

We accept AUD, EUR, GBP, USD, or IDR.

A 50% deposit is required upon booking, with the remaining 50% due two weeks before check-in.

Q: Why is the final payment shown in IDR (Indonesian Rupiah)?

A:

Indonesian law requires that all payments be processed in IDR.

While prices are displayed in your selected currency (like AUD or EUR) during browsing, the final payment screen will show the total in IDR before completing the transaction.

Don’t worry — your bank or card provider will automatically convert the payment into your home currency, and you’ll be charged as usual in AUD, EUR, or your selected currency.

There’s nothing you need to do.

Q: What if I find a better price for your villa elsewhere?

We offer a Best Price Guarantee on all direct bookings!

If you find the same villa and dates listed at a lower price on another platform, simply send us a screenshot.

We’ll match the price — no questions asked — and you’ll enjoy all the benefits of booking direct with us.

Q: Are the villas and pools completely private?

A:

Yes! Every Villas by Olli property offers 100% privacy — including your villa, swimming pool, garden, and all ensuite bedrooms.

Perfect for couples, families, or friends seeking exclusive space to relax and recharge.

Q: Is breakfast included?

A:

Yes!

A freshly prepared breakfast is included and can be enjoyed daily at your villa.

Our private chef prepares breakfast, but if you prefer a self-catering option during your stay, you’re welcome to use the fully equipped kitchen.

Q: Is Wi-Fi available at the villas?

A:

Absolutely.

Each villa is equipped with fiber-optic internet, the fastest available in Bali — ideal for remote work, streaming, and keeping in touch with family and friends.

Q: Can you help with special requests or arrangements?

A:

Of course!

We can assist with organizing airport transfers, in-villa massages, romantic setups, birthday celebrations, honeymoon packages, private drivers, and more.

Q: What are the check-in and check-out times?

A:

• Check-in: From 3 PM until midnight.

• Check-out: Before 12 PM midday.

Need to store your luggage before check-in? Just let us know — we’re happy to assist.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A:

The 50% deposit paid at the time of booking is non-refundable in case of cancellation.

However, if you need to reschedule your stay, we’re happy to retain your deposit and apply it toward a future reservation (subject to availability).

We recommend travel insurance for extra peace of mind.
